Ready to take your first step to a restful night's sleep? It couldn't be easier...
1. Discuss your symptoms with your Doctor
2. If your physician determines you could have Sleep Apnea, you may request that they also determine if you are a candidate for a home sleep study
3. They can then fax us an order for a HST, at which point we will arrange for a convenient time to bring the sleep study unit to your home. We will instruct you on how to perform the test in a comprehensive way
4. You will then perform the test in the comfort of your own home while you sleep. The next day, if convenient we will then retrieve the unit from your home. We send the results of your sleep test to our Board-Certified Sleep Physician to be evaluated
5. Results are then faxed to your Doctor for further discussion with you
